A stylish variation of Riedel's 1958 World Exhibition Grand Prix award-winning design, Black Tie offers the original varietal-specific shapes precisely handcrafted of brilliant 24-percent lead crystal and adds a dressy finish: a tall black stem on the red wine glasses and a coordinating black base on their white wine mates. This Loire glass was developed through extensive research and testing with experts around the world and is optimal for all styles of Sauvignon Blanc, including Fume Blanc, Pouilly Fume, Loire Blanc, and Gewurztraminer. With a 12-3/8-ounce capacity, the tall, slim bowl and precision-cut rim offer freshness and intensity on the nose, a harmonious balance of fruit and acidity on the tongue, and a minerally finish that lingers beautifully. The glass comes cleverly packaged in a sleek black and red gift tube. Because crystal is course and porous to best intensify flavors, Riedel recommends protecting it by hand washing. --Kara Karll

Therefore, please make sure your name, shipping address, quantities, etc. are correct at the time of purchase.

In an effort to expedite shipping of your order to have products arrive on time, we stock and ship from multiple locations across the US. As a result, some items may arrive separately.

  • Please note: hazmat items cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
  • Shipments are not currently offered to locations outside the United States.
